Rockside Homes Ltd was founded by Adekunle Adeya, a former frontline housing professional who spent years working as a Support Worker and Housing Officer inside some of the UK's most prominent housing organisations.

We didn't learn this industry from a course or a book. We lived it — sitting in council meetings, managing referrals, navigating compliance checklists, and understanding what housing teams need from their private sector partners.

We identify private landlords with vacant or underperforming properties and negotiate a guaranteed-rent lease at below-market rate. No property purchase required — a true asset-light model.

Upgrade & Certify

We bring every property to full council compliance standard: gas safety certificate, EICR, EPC rating, fire risk assessment, smoke and CO detectors, and HHSRS sign-off. Fully documented and auditable.

Place & Manage

Tenants are placed via council and housing association referrals. We manage all day-to-day maintenance, tenancy support coordination, and compliance — so your team focuses on people, not property.
